BOARD OFFLINE

 Email from the Host.

As you're aware we are moving all of your servers to the new high-tech data centre in Maidenhead on February 10th 2012.  This means that ALL servers, services and sites will be unavailable between the hours of 22.00PM on Friday, February 10th and 06:30AM on Saturday February 11th.

They did not give what time zone in the email but if it goes down this would be the reason why.

Back On line. A few bugs to work out but functional now.

Board Upgrade ...

The board is down for maintenance. I have no idea how long at this point but if I run into any problems they will be posted here.

UPDATE: This is going to take way longer than I thought and I highly doubt I will be finished until sometime tomorrow morning. 

UPDATE: I would say about 1 more hour and the board will be active.  Around noon time today which is Saturday.

ONLINE:

Well finally the board is back up..

Everyone should clear their caches, cookies and temporary internet files...

Still a few things to get sorted on the new host but all will be right ASAP...

OFFLINE...

I am moving the board to a new host since these idiots shut the board down last night...

They say the file system is to big...

I will keep this updated through the day as to what is going on...

UPDATE:

The board is in the progress of moving but will most likely not be back on line until some point tomorrow simply because of the size of the data bases.

I will update this blog but not until tomorrow as that is the soonest I will have a better handle on how the move is going...

Sorry about the down time but due to this shit host just shutting the site down at 3AM without a single warning or any notice at all leaves me in a position where there is not much I could do.

I think this new host will be much better than where the site was and most likely 99% more dependable...

11 AM Saturday:

As expected the transfer speeds from this garbage host are about ridiculous and International speeds are even worse so this is taking longer than expected. The board will be going up soon but the file system will have to propagate over the next day or so. I will make a post on the board as soon as it goes back up...

The transfer is still not done...

UPDATE:

I just changed the nameservers over so the site should be coming back up soon. As soon as the nameserver changes propagte through all of the DNS servers the site will be available...

ONLINE:

Upgrade completed except for a few tweaks...

Hopefully no more than an hour. If I run into any problems I will post what is going on here in about an hour from now...
